How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Express shipping typically takes 3–10 business days within Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: Usually arrive on the faster end of the window (closer to 3 business days).
  • Regional & Remote areas: May take longer to arrive (potentially exceeding the 10-day window due to courier routes).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SHOP app so you can follow its journey.

How do I know if a part will fit my specific BMW model?

We list precise chassis compatibility (e.g., F30, G20, E92) and year models on every product page. If you are unsure, please contact our support team with your VIN, and we’ll verify fitment for you.

Do your parts require professional installation?

While many of our parts can be installed at home with basic tools, we highly recommend professional installation for complex modifications like erformance tuning parts to ensure perfect fitment.

Can I return a part if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your items are damaged during transit, take photos right away and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you.
