Autobahn Mods Returns & Warranty Policy

Shop with confidence at Autobahn Mods. If there is a technical issue with your item or a defect in the manufacturing, please review our policy below so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

How do I return or exchange my order? Returns and exchanges are exclusively available for items that arrive with a factory fault or manufacturing defect. Because our carbon fiber components are precision-engineered and often made-to-order, we do not offer returns for change of mind or accidental purchases.

Factory Fault or Manufacturing Defect Sometimes things go wrong during production, and we are here to fix it. If your item arrives with a factory fault or manufacturing defect:

  1. Email photos and a description to support@autobahnmods.com with your order number.

  2. If the item is deemed defective, we will issue a replacement.

  3. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit, a refund, or an exchange for another item.

  4. In some instances, we may require the item to be sent back to our facility for physical assessment. Autobahn Mods will cover return postage for verified defective items.

We cannot accept a return if:

  • The item has been used: Products must be in their original, unused condition.

  • The item has been fitted: Any signs of installation (drilling, screwing, cutting, or tape residue) will void the return.

  • Tampering: The item has been modified or is no longer in resalable condition.

  • Custom Orders: The item was a custom-made or made-to-order product.

Packaging Requirements Autobahn Mods requires all authorized returns to be re-packaged in their original packaging, including all hardware, mounting tape, and promotional items (stickers, booklets, etc.). If the item is not packaged securely and suffers damage during transit back to us, we reserve the right to withdraw the refund or exchange offer.

Pre-order Cancellation If you have secured an item through our pre-order service, we offer a full refund if the delivery is delayed by more than two months from the original expected date.

  • Example: If an item was scheduled for late July, you are eligible for a full refund if it has not arrived by October.

  • If you choose to cancel a pre-order within the standard waiting period, the order is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Deposits made for pre-orders are non-refundable if you choose to cancel before the two-month delay threshold.
